Accuracy in bundling
The film is unwound by two motorized reels, which keep a steady tension and can be adjusted according to the customer’s need. The product is bundled without being pushed against the film.
Easy use
Setting of main data (e.g. size, dimensions and speed) is performed through an operator’s functional display . Easy and fast size changeover.
Packaging materials
The F 40 can work polyethylene, stretchable film either for banding or shrinking.
Types of packaging
It is suitable to carry out various packaging solutions - stretch-banded or overwrapped and shrunk - as well as a wide range of bundle patterns.
Different models of the F 40 are available to meet the most various customers’demands.
F 43
The F 43 model has been conceived to answer the requirements for fastest type of packaging. The tried-out mechanics of the F40 has been improved by a patented device. On its returning stroke, the pusher clears the stacking area and carries on its operations, avoiding useless pauses during the cycle of production.

Higher speed, while keeping the right time for sealing and cooling operations.
Much more time to collate the bundle; no pre-stacking are carried out.
Shorter pushing stroke with reduced acceleration: soft and “guided” contact of the product against the film.
High rate of productivity, thanks to the machine complete mechanical movements.
Film reel with expanding shaft for easy size changeover.
Accessible inside of the hopper. Easy check through the opening of its lateral guard. Operator’s functional display for size changeover data and easier setting of machine main parameters.
Different types of products and collations can be handled both with a F 40 and a F 43.
The designing solutions are always tailored to the customer’s demands.
